01Agreement to these terms

The website flaira.in and the brand Flaira are owned and operated by LIZA FASHION (“Flaira”, “we”, “us”), GSTIN 24AONPV2649P1Z0, with its registered address at 4th Floor, 405, Crystal Corporation, Opp. Devi Darshan Soc, Rangani Farm Road, Near Royal Park Soc, Punagam, Surat – 395010, Gujarat, India.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

02Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
• You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when placing an order or creating an account, and to keep your account details confidential.

03Products, images & descriptions

• We make every effort to describe and photograph our products accurately, including fabric, fit and measurements.
• Colours, shades, prints and textures may vary slightly from images because of lighting, photography and screen settings. Measurements may vary slightly (typically by up to 1 inch) due to the nature of fabric and finishing. Please read our Fabric, Colour & Print Disclaimer.
• Styling props and accessories shown in images are for presentation only and are not included unless stated in the product description.
• All products are subject to availability.

04Pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
• Prices, offers and product availability may change at any time without prior notice. The price that applies is the one shown at checkout when you place your order.
• If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information because of a typographical or technical error, we may cancel the order after informing you, and refund any amount paid.

05Orders & acceptance

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when it is confirmed and dispatched.
• We may decline or cancel an order, after informing you, if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing or listing error, if delivery to your pin code is not possible, or if we suspect fraudulent or abusive activity.
• If a prepaid order is cancelled by us, the amount paid will be refunded to you.

06Offers, coupons & promotions

• Offers and coupon codes are valid for a limited period, are subject to their specific terms and are applied as shown at checkout.
• Unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined with each other and have no cash value.
• We may modify or withdraw any offer at any time, and may cancel orders that misuse offers (for example, through multiple accounts).

07Payment

We accept payment through secure payment gateways (cards, UPI, net banking and wallets, as available) and cash on delivery on eligible orders. Prepaid orders are confirmed only after successful payment. If a payment fails but money is debited, it is usually reversed automatically by your bank within 5–7 business days; please contact us if it is not.

09Returns, exchanges & refunds

Exchanges, returns and refunds are governed by our Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy. Every exchange or return request must be raised within 4 days of delivery (24 hours for damaged, defective or wrong items) and requires a clear, uncut unboxing video. Approved returns are refunded as Flaira store credit.

10Intellectual property

The Flaira name, logo, website design and original content are the property of LIZA FASHION. Some photographs, videos and other materials on the website may be sourced or licensed from third parties and remain the property of their respective owners. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without our written permission.

If you believe any content on our website infringes your rights, please contact us on WhatsApp or email with details, and we will review and act on it promptly.

11Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or interfere with the website’s security or performance.
• Submit false information, false claims, or misuse offers, returns or store credit.
• Impersonate Flaira or its team, or misuse the Flaira name or brand.

12Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flaira is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We encourage you to contact us first so that we can try to resolve any concern amicably. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Surat, Gujarat.

14Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
