Please review this policy carefully before placing your order. By purchasing from Flaira, you agree to all terms mentioned below. We aim to keep everything clear, fair, and simple for our customers.
General Policy
- Returns or exchanges must be requested within 4 days of delivery.
- Refunds are issued as store credit only.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging.
- Products bought on sale or clearance may not be eligible for return unless defective.
- Store credit can be used anytime and does not expire.
Unboxing Video Requirement
A proper unboxing video is mandatory for any return, exchange, or damage claim.
- Show the sealed parcel clearly from all sides before opening.
- Start recording before opening the package.
- Open the parcel in one continuous video without cuts.
- Show the product condition clearly inside the video.
Without a clear unboxing video, no claims will be accepted under any situation.
Damaged or Wrong Items
- Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
- Share the unboxing video along with your order details.
- Claims after 24 hours may not be accepted.
- Once verified, we will offer exchange or store credit.
Return & Exchange Process
- Send your request via email or Instagram with order details.
- Wait for approval before shipping the product.
- If pickup is unavailable, customer must ship the item.
- Ensure safe packaging to avoid damage in transit.
- After receiving the item, our team will inspect it.
- Store credit or exchange will be processed within 48–72 hours after approval.
Return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are provided only as store credit.
- No direct bank or UPI refunds are provided.
- Store credit will be issued after product inspection.
- Refund requests without valid reason may be rejected.
Size Exchange Policy
- Size exchange is allowed based on stock availability.
- Only one exchange per order is recommended.
- A fee of ₹350 may apply for repeated exchanges.
- If wrong size is selected multiple times, refund may be declined.
- Please check the size chart carefully before placing order.
Important Notes
- Customers must track their return shipments.
- We are not responsible for lost parcels.
- Products returned without approval will not be accepted.
- Items showing signs of use will be rejected.
- Color variation may occur due to lighting and screen settings.
Legal

- Any misuse or false claims will be rejected.
- Legal actions outside policy will be handled accordingly.
- Baseless claims may result in counter action.
