03Help us help you faster
- Share your order number and the phone number used for the order.
- For exchanges, returns or damage claims, include your unboxing video and clear photos.
- For size help, tell us your bust, waist and hip measurements and the product you are looking at.
- Please send your query on one channel only, so that it isn’t answered twice.
04WhatsApp is chat only
Our WhatsApp number +91 63567 25715 is for chat only. We do not accept or make voice calls for customer support, and we never call customers to ask for payment, OTPs or personal details.
05Stay safe from fake numbers & profiles
Flaira has only two official support channels: WhatsApp +91 63567 25715 (chat only) and support@flaira.in.
Any other phone number, WhatsApp account, email address, social media profile, website or person claiming to represent Flaira or its support team does not belong to us. We do not make support calls from any number. Our only official social pages are Instagram @flaira.in and our Flaira Facebook page; they are for updates only, not for orders or payments.
For your safety, Flaira will never ask for your OTP, UPI PIN, card details or passwords, ask you to install any app, or ask you to pay into a personal bank account or UPI ID.
We kindly request you not to share order or payment details on any other channel. Flaira and LIZA FASHION are not responsible for any loss, fraud or misuse that arises when a customer communicates with, or makes a payment to, anyone other than our two official channels. If you are unsure whether a message is genuine, please verify it with us on our official WhatsApp first.
